A safe, culturally responsive community for mature Black African and Afro-Caribbean women — where no woman has to carry her burdens alone. Counselling, coaching, wellbeing activities and sisterhood, online and in Bexley.
Choose Better. Live Happier.
Many Black African and Afro-Caribbean women experience trauma, loss, domestic abuse, caring responsibilities and poor mental health, yet do not seek support because of cultural stigma, fear of judgement, or the belief that they must simply be strong. Culturally responsive, trusted spaces where women feel understood and accepted remain scarce. SelectiveLife exists to break that cycle of silence and isolation.
